Tracey B. Manuel is a father, engineer, IT security specialist, entrepreneur, author, and philanthropist who cares deeply for our next generations. Dr. Manuel is the President and CEO of Security 1st Consulting, LLC. He is also the President of the Board for Developing and Empowering Smart And Mighty Youths (DESAMY) Inc., a global faith-based non-profit organization focused on educating and empowering young people to build a purposeful life to serve their communities (desamy.org). Tracey also serves on the board of Information Technology Employer Oriented Education (ITEOE) Business International, a multifunctional non-profit organization organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes (iteoe.org). Tracey has a PhD in Organizational Development and Leadership, specializing in eLearning. Dr. Manuel is highly experienced in communication management, relationship building, stakeholder interaction, change management, team building, leadership, and process improvements. Dr. Manuel earned his bachelor’s degree from Auburn University in Management Information Systems. Dr. Manuel served over 26 years in the United States Army Reserves, where he held many positions, including education officer. Dr. Manuel, now lives in Moncks Corner, SC with his wife and daughter, where they spend as much time as possible traveling in their RV.
