Businesses wanting to attract and retain new generations of employees have to be prepared to accommodate their needs and expectations, which, is adequately discussed in this book. I recommend every business owner out there read this book if they want to be successful.

Apart from elaborating on why millennials quit or how organizations can retain them, I think this book brings another important notion to light, which is, how companies can attract people from these generations to their firms. I admit, Dr. Manuel has set standards for all companies henceforth.
