I loved this book! Not only does it capture how organizations can retain employees but also highlights the reasons why most millennials quit today! I believe this book will help organizations figure things out in the long run!

I found the part where 12 millennial participants of a study discuss why they quit is what I found to be very insightful. I think this book can enable organizations to finally understand that every generation has its own values and that they cannot all be treated the same way!
